    To Return or Exchange an Item, Please Follow These Steps:

    2. Once approved, securely package the item and include the original packing slip.
    3. Apply the necessary postage and ship the item to: PO Box ____
    4. Once received, a refund will be issued within 2–3 business days, or a replacement will be shipped if applicable.


    All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
